Return and Refund Policy

 

1. Returns

  • We do not accept returns or offer refunds for any items purchased from PacknSell, unless they are deemed defective as outlined below.
     

2. Exchanges (Defective Items Only)

  • Exchange requests are accepted only for items that are proven to be defective upon delivery.
     
  • Examples include:
     
    • Damaged courier bags (e.g., tears, punctures)
       
    • Faulty tapes or seal tags that do not adhere or are unusable
       
    • Corrugated boxes with structural defects
       
  • To request an exchange:
     
    1. Contact our customer support within 48 hours of receiving your order at sales@packnsell.com or via WhatsApp.
       
    2. Provide:
       
      • Your order number
         
      • Clear photographs or a video showing the defect
         
      • A brief description of the issue
         
    3. Upon verification, we will initiate the exchange process at no extra cost to you.
       

3. What’s Not Eligible

  • Exchanges will not be processed under the following conditions:
     
    • Items damaged due to customer mishandling or misuse
       
    • Products used or altered post-delivery
       
    • Normal wear and tear after use
       
    • Items with missing tags, labels, or original packaging removed
       

4. Exchange Processing

  • Once the defect is confirmed, PacknSell will ship the replacement item without additional shipping charges.
     
  • The replacement will typically be dispatched within 3–5 business days after approval.
     

5. Refunds

  • Refunds are not provided for any transactions, including defective items—only exchanges are allowed as specified.
