Return and Refund Policy

We do not accept returns or offer refunds for any items purchased from PacknSell, unless they are deemed defective as outlined below.

Exchange requests are accepted only for items that are proven to be defective upon delivery.
Examples include:
- Damaged courier bags (e.g., tears, punctures)
- Faulty tapes or seal tags that do not adhere or are unusable
- Corrugated boxes with structural defects
To request an exchange:
1. Contact our customer support within 48 hours of receiving your order at sales@packnsell.com or via WhatsApp.
2. Provide:
  - Your order number
  - Clear photographs or a video showing the defect
  - A brief description of the issue
3. Upon verification, we will initiate the exchange process at no extra cost to you.

Exchanges will not be processed under the following conditions:
- Items damaged due to customer mishandling or misuse
- Products used or altered post-delivery
- Normal wear and tear after use
- Items with missing tags, labels, or original packaging removed

Once the defect is confirmed, PacknSell will ship the replacement item without additional shipping charges.
The replacement will typically be dispatched within 3–5 business days after approval.

Refunds are not provided for any transactions, including defective items—only exchanges are allowed as specified.
